Hi,

1. Check the Rule by giving manual values in PFAC transaction.
2. All the parameter need for rule is transferred or not.
3. Rule --> Task Binding check it out.
4. Make BUDGETAPPROVER element type IMPORT AND EXPORT check box checked.
