i've contacted SAP through Chat (the agent was still asking the confidential information but he/she still answered my questions even though i ddn't provide the details unlike for the email function wherein i had to provide the details before i could send the email), and they've suggested that i should look into their SAP Transportation Management system for the Freight industry and SAP Passenger Travel and Leisure System for the Travel/Airline industry..
So i'll be looking into those two systems for now..
