Dear Mohit,
Though you dont have any key figure, you can use any date field in bex column.
For example BEGDA- Action Date, create a formula variable for that date field and use date function in a formula to use the formula variable show as date in columns of report.
And in your report employee is having previous values. So maintain Employee as time dependent.
So, at report level you can see the previous data w.r.t employee and date.
or you can use another report for previous data of employee and use RRI function. so that when the user want to see the details of a particular employee, then can go to another report with specfic employee details with using RRI.
