How to fetch data from BDC

Hello experts,

i've been trying to find a way to fetch or get data from a BDC, i've already created the BDC in SHDB transaction implemented it on my ABAP program but now from one screen that receives my BDC i wante to get a whole table ( mostly the result of an already run transaction) i've read about doing something with the get_dynpro_values but i'm not use how it works i would be really grateful if someone can help me with this
