In EPM 10,Even though all the descendants of a top level parent are locked,the top level parent always say unlocked.

Hi,

   We are on EPM 10 SP8 Patch 3. We have an issue with EPM work status settings.

In EPM 10,Eventhough all the descendents of a top level parent are locked,the top level parent always say unlocked.

We have one main parent SC_MGMT and then it got 4 chidren and those 4 children have few descendents each.

Our Entity hierarchy is

We don't see this issue for the parents PC_MGMT,CH_MGMT,FF_MGMT_GO_MGMT and when I check the work status settings for those,it will say Approved but for the same period when we look for SC_MGMT,it says unlocked. It should say Approved but not unlocked.Please suggest whether this is a bug and any fix for this issue?
