for tracking the logs for HWC app,
1. you can check logs in installed HWC: Settings>Show Log
(these logs show interaction b/w sup server and device)
2. go to SCC, click localhost@host>configuration>Log settings>Unwired server
here, you can set log level like debug, info, error etc for different component. for your information, unwired server logs collect data on unwired server health and performance by component. We can configure unwired server log properties to specify the amout of detail that is written to the log.
you can set MMS, MSG, Security, Moblilink, Data Services logs level as DEBUG and rest as info

3. for system administrators, check how to configure messaging server log settings.
here, you can debug level for workflowClient as debug level. (workflowclient shows the interaction between hybrid app and the data sent to and from sup server)
4. for developer, you can do debugging custom code
