telnet to hgvm018 i got the following:

C:\Users\p01adm>telnet hgvm018

Connecting To hgvm018...Could not open connection to the host, on port 23: Connect failed

Port 23 have to open?

Windows environmental variables:

E:\usr\sap\P01\DVEBMGS01\exe\sapjvm_4
