Issue with create dynamic member selection from BPC input forms

Hi All,

I had implemented how to guide How to enable check box for member selection in SAP BPC EPM Add-in reports – Session 1 and How to enable check box for member selection in SAP BPC EPM Add-in reports – Session 2.

When i execute i the button to create master data it gives the below error message. i had replicated all the steps in the documents, But i am not sure how to resolve this error.
