Following Mass Hire Cookbook and have new error

Hello,

We are following the Mass Hire Cookbook and have a new issue.  We created the component configuration for the form (having followed the steps in the cookbook to use the sample there.)  We are trying to access the application through the link

https://<host
name>:<host port>/sap/bc/webdynpro/sap/hrmp_listview_main?SAP-WD-CONFIGID=HRMP_LISTVIEW_MAIN_CONFIG&FORM_SCENARIO
ZHRPAO_MASS_HIRING_SAMPLE&FORM_SCEN_VERS=0

We get the error below (also included a screenshot in the attached file).  Could anyone please tell us what else we need to setup for this to work?
