As you are posting material to material with MvT 309, so you need to have inspection plan activated for the new material, with inspection plan usage "5" and status "4".
There can be two possibilities for any inspection lot having CRTD as the initial status.
a) There are more than one inspection plan & GrC active for the material when the material is suppose to be quality inspected. In that case, you can just select "Task List/Spec" selection box, under "Inspection Specification" tab in QA02. If there are more than one inspection plan available, you can see that in a popup list. Select the appropriate inspection form that list and SAVE.
b) If you have no "Active" inspection plan active on the day when this inspection lot is created. In that scenario, please verify that the To-Be material / Final material is having inspection plan in tx QP03. If it's available, then you can go to QA02 and try changing the "Key Date" to current date, then select "Task List/Spec". If the inspection plan is not available at all, then first you need to create an inspection plan and assign this To-Be material. after that you can do the needful in QA02/QA32.
