email when material created in a plant

Hi All,

For some specific plants i Need to set up a workflow to send out the emails as soon as the material is created within the plant.

I have used the Event VIEWCREATED of BO BUS1001006 but it is sending multiple emails since this Event is triggered multiple times.

could anyone suggest some better solution.
