I would suggest do not include all objects in single transport.If you got any error its difficult to sort it out.
collect objects by type means
1)Infoobjects in one transport
2)DSO in one trasport like that.
Coming to your question if you have not modififed anything in flow of these infoobjects then flow is not required in transport only infoobject is fine.
