Maintenance plan generated multiple orders on same date.

Dear Experts,

Help me with possible causes of generating multiple orders for the same maintenance plan moved from maintenance plant 2265  to new plant 5712. It had generated orders in 2265 which is due to planing plant is not updated in Maintenance Plan.  but what will be the cause of generating multiple orders. If required i'll provide more details. Have look for screen of Maintenance plan and schedule in IP02 and IP10.
