Reversal of Reversal Documents

Hi,

I have always thought that reversal of reversal documents are not possible.

But recently, we encounter the following case:

Journal A posted with GL accounts with no open item management.

Journal A reversed in FB08 and generated reversal Journal B

Journal B reversed in FB08 and generated reversal Journal C.

Is this a standard behaviour of SAP?
