Con2 background processing canceled

Hello

I create a job for execute  RKAZCON2  program in background . but this job after 48 minutes canceled. in kkao also i have the same problem in program   SAPKKA07 . At the last step in Function DDUT_DOMVALUE_TEXT_GET  raise  exception and job canceled . can any body help me for solving this problem ?
