Hi all Gurus,
I am new to SAP LSO Learning Solution. I have implemented SAP LSO Standard features in one company. Now I got a different requirement for different client. Following are the requirements. Please let me know which all requirements are possible & how..?
1. Training programmes scheduled for the next 45 days will be displayed in Portal. Employee can see only those training scheduled in his region.
2. The Portal will include a menu “SELF NOMINATION”, wherein the status of one’s history of self-nomination requests would be displayed, in reverse chronological order, along with the latest status – Approved/Rejected (with reason).
3. If any self-nomination request is pending for a specified period, say 3 days, without any action at the concerned HR level, the same will be auto-escalated to CM(L&D) at LHO. If it is pending for 10 days with CM (L&D), then only it will be auto-escalated to higher management
4. In case no seats were allotted to an RBO/Module for a programme, the employees working under the given RBO/Module will not be able to view such programs.
5. Auto-rejection on day of starting of the course if not approved.
6. There will be a check against the programmes already attended and in case an employee tries to nominate himself/herself to a similar programme within one year, an alert message will be generated and the nomination request will not be accepted.
7. The self-nomination functionality for a particular approval will remain available for 10 days prior to the programme. After that, fresh nomination by individuals will not be available and the CM (L&D)/HR Official will be required to fill the vacant seats .
8. An employee cannot have more than two pending self-nomination requests at any point of time. Besides, he/she will be permitted to nominate himself/herself for a maximum of four programs during a calendar quarter.
9. Self-Nomination screen will have a certificate as “I AM ELIGIBLE FOR ATTENDING THIS TRAINING“ in a prominent place so as to attract the attention of the user, which will ensure that the prospective nominees take care to nominate themselves for relevant program.
Thanks,
Namsheed.
