Hello gurus

I am learning sap-bi/bw

Can any one tell me where to find standard reports for fi-o and hr modules. and how to use them for example

S_ALR_87012301 is the standard report for GL Account Balances (Totals & Balances ).

but for a begennier like me how and where do i find these reports in ecc then how to extract and query them.

I know i am asking a lot from you but if some one could just give me atleast outline of what i should do to proceed i would try my best to understand and figure it out.
