Re: How To delete shifts from the capacity profile

Hi Madhu,

  When you delete all the shifts for a day system automatically retrieves the capacity from the metadata as defined in the capacity variants(please refer note 947717). For your requirement you can do two things

1) If you want to remove the whole day or a range of days  from the capacity profile , just mark all of  those days as "Not a workday " and save the profile

2) If you want to remove a particular shift from a day, you can always select that particular shift and click on delete button and save the results. this should work.
