As part of the SAP Startup Focus, we have several startups (over 1,500 actually) that are building apps on top of HANA. So, from a use case perspective, we have a whole bunch that we can learn from. Here is one that might be interesting for some of you.
Core Mobile, a company based out of Campbell, CA, demoed their new solution, Corey, at SAPPHIRE NOW 2014. Corey is designed to provide care coordination, give real-time updates to patients' records, and uses predictive analytics on a mobile device for health care providers. Corey allows instant communication between medical professionals on the status of their patients. It shows full medical histories of patients at a physician's demand, as well as utilizing HANA's predictive analytics software for ultimate efficiency and optimized coordination.
