You are on the latest version of your SAP BI mobile APP? (you need version 6.x)
If this also is correct. I have no other ideas. You did everything correctly in my opinion.
Only other things I can think of are:
- session timeout on your android (signt out and log in again)
- need to assign correct categories to your reports
- user authorisation
