I can understand & i am also facing very tough in handling my FI Boss.
As you can see --they think little logical and queries us with this type of questions & some times we have to educate them but how far will it works--depends on their mood.
Let us come back to your requirement.Let me try like below:
1.What was the account assignment category for your schedule lines at sales order in VOV6
2.What was the indicator of MIGO suggesting here for this account assignment category in OME9
3.By activating this Field--you can do Virtual MIGO with relevant Movement type.(you may require new movement type to move the stocks directly to transit position in supply plant--your MM has to help you here)
4.Once after Virtual MIGO--it depends on the approval of MM guy the challenges he can face & corrections..
