Please check the screen sequence assignment to the MRP type:

SPRO -> Production -> Material Requirements Planning -> Master Data -> Check MRP Types. Here, you will find Additional control parameters that contain a screen sequence (say 001).

Now, in SPRO -> Production -> Material Requirements Planning -> Evaluation -> Define Screen Sequence for Header Details configuration, create a new entry for consumption (select screen 0800):

Now check the header details for any material having that MRP type in MD04. The consumption tab will appear:

I have chosen a newly created material (bad example).
