SDF is very slow to query (SQ01)

Hello!

I'm an accountant at a medium sized company. We have installed SAP a few years ago, but it is now maintained only by external consultants on a "from time to time" basis. We are basically left to ourselves. What lacks the most is a exhaustive general ledger report. What we have now, aside from FAGLL03 and FBL1N, is a SQ01 query which includes the name of the user who created the accounting document, the date of creation. It's a join of three tables: BKPF, BSAS, and a table similar to BSEG, but I don't remember it's name. This is useful to gradually update our ledger exports to Excel for further analysis (we only have to export the new records, not the entire account). However, this query is really messy: it doesn't display important data for uncleared items (lack of BSIS table), it doesn't show the vendor, customer, or asset number, and it doesn't display the purchase order number (MM). None of the usual transactions provide this much information unless you do two or three exports and merge them using a common field, which is incredibly time wasting.

I've tried querying the SDF cluster table, but it is slow as hell. What would be the most efficient way to have all of this information in one report? Is it even realistic to think about it?

Thanks.
