SM49 - command to read files from a directory, window NT

Hi,

how do I read all files from an sap directory (al11, bs Window NT) using SM49 and the FM 'SXPG_COMMAND_EXECUTE'

I have a problem writing the command in SM49. Please help. I wrote DIR but it didnt work.
