Restrict movement type to storage location using BADI

Hi all,

I have a requirement in which I need to restrict movement type 262 and 962 to particular storage location 1001 for transaction VL09,MB1A,MIGO,MB1C and other transaction in which goods receipt is possible.

I have implemented this in MB_DOCUMENT_BADI but writing an error message in BADI gives dump.
Have also gone through the post of this error in BADI but it suggest use of other BADI.
I found one BADI for MIGO transaction-->MB_MIGO_ITEM_BADI in the method ITEM_MODIFY.

But for other it is MB_DOCUMENT_BADI that is being called.

Please provide inputs to solve this.
