Are you talking about a "Test Case" that is created using stwb_tc? if yes, then you have to go to solar02 to Test Management tab and then search using F4 and "Save" on the solar02 screen to ensure that the Test case is saved.
or
did you upload the Test case under the "Test Management" tab in solar02? here also you have to "Save" on solar02 screen to find it next time.
Please give clear steps on how the Test case was created and what you are trying to do and I can help you.
