ABAP Connectivity via Secondary Database Connection

Hi all,

I would like to setup a secondary ABAP DB connection via DBCON and use it as a default for a set of tables/tcodes.

From a openSQL/nativeSQL statement is possible to specify the CONNECTION to be used, but I was wondering if there is any standard customizing in order to specify a default connection for a given tcode/table (e.g. BKPF selects and/or tcode FBL3N use always secondary connection, others use the primary).

I remember to have seen something like this during an SAP event but maybe I'm wrong...

Does any of you have a suggestion in order to accomplish the requirement without custom code?
