You are following the correct way to print TECO order is by revoking the TECO status.
As per the standard SAP System status I0045 TECO Technically completed is forbidden for RMDR Print order and RMND Reprint order in BS22. Also system status I0046 CLSD (Completed) I0076 DLFL (Deletion flag) has not been permitted for printed up to now. If you want you can change the BS22 setting for I0045 TECO but it is not recommended.
