As per log attached it seems dialog work process stucked with a customized Z program at your end.

ABAP Program ZINFO_RECORD_DISPLAY	.
A  Source ZINFO_RECORD_DISPLAY	Line 480.

A  Error Code CONVT_NO_NUMBER.

Try to involve your ABAP team to get more details on it & for what this Z program runs on system, after killing the WP ..

If killing the process via the SAP instance fails, you will need to kill it from the Operating system level. Also check for system dumps for same under ST22.

For error code CONVT_NO_NUMBER go with Solve Runtime Error CONVT_NO_NUMBER
