Thanks again for your response.  I am very new to WF, binding, etc. so excuse my additional questions.  I am not sure now to do the assignment in your steps 2 and 3.

When creating my new WF Container Element, I tried entering SWHACTOR and OBJID as shown here:

However, when I save (confirm) it, the system automatically changes to this.  Is this part okay?:

Also, even though I see CR_CREATOR_NAME in the technical Workflow Log, I do not see it in the binding area:
