Use of Bin Type without SUT

Hello Expert,

We are not using SUT but want to make use of bin types for the below

Suppose there are 10 bins out of which Bin no 2 to Bin 6 are slow moving and Bin no 1 and Bin no 7 to Bin no 10 are fast moving.

So there for i need to give first priority to fast moving bin and then exceed quantity has to moved to slow moving bin(bin no 2 to bin no 6).

I know it is possible making use of bin types but how to skip SUT ?
